Relight 原生版本在你的设备上处理照片。无需创建账户，不会把照片上传给开发者或云端图像服务。

本政策适用于 Relight 1.1 及之后的原生 iOS / iPadOS 应用，以及本支持网站。不将新版的本地处理承诺套用到旧版网页编辑器；旧版本可能使用在线处理服务。如使用旧版并需要了解其数据处理，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
1. 照片、光影与作品
你选择的照片、生成的深度与主体分析数据、灯光参数以及导出的照片或短片均在设备上处理。我们不接收这些内容，不将其用于模型训练。应用不提供云端作品同步。
通过系统照片选择器，只访问你主动选择的项目。保存到系统照片时，应用请求添加照片权限，不要求读取整个照片库。iCloud 照片下载、系统分享以及你选择的第三方分享目的地由相应服务提供方处理，受其隐私政策约束。
2. 本地存储与删除
已保存作品存储在应用的本地作品库，可以逐项删除。卸载应用会移除其本地数据；已导出到系统照片或其他位置的副本需要在那里单独删除。系统备份可能包含应用数据，具体取决于你的设备和 iCloud 备份设置。
语言选择等偏好保存在设备上。处理产生的中间数据和导出临时文件用于完成当前操作；应用不将这些文件传输给开发者。
3. 账户、追踪与购买
原生应用无需账户，不包含广告、第三方追踪或第三方行为分析 SDK。我们不通过应用收集广告标识符、位置或通讯录。购买和账单由 Apple 处理，开发者不接收你的银行卡或支付凭证。Apple 可能依你的系统设置向开发者提供商店统计或诊断信息，相关处理遵循 Apple 的政策。
购买核验通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 完成。应用在本地读取并验证购买权益，用于解锁功能、恢复购买及保护早期已购用户；本地权益状态存于设备钥匙串。我们不把这些购买凭据上传到开发者服务器，也不因此创建个人账户。购买、恢复和首次核验可能需要连接 Apple 服务。
4. 主动联系支持
当你主动发送邮件时，我们会收到邮箱地址及你发送的文字、附件等内容，只用于处理问题及相关后续沟通，不用于广告或训练。邮件由邮件服务商存储；保留时间以解决支持问题和适用义务所必要的范围为限。你可以通过同一邮箱提出访问、更正或删除支持通信中个人信息的请求。请不要发送不必要的私人照片。
内容更新
应用可能通过 HTTPS 从阿里云 OSS 下载公共示例照片、预先计算的示例深度数据、光效与短片预设参数，并缓存在设备上。内置内容始终可用，更新失败不会阻止编辑。请求不包含你的照片、作品、购买凭据或应用生成的用户标识。网络服务商为传送内容会接收到 IP 地址、请求路径与时间等常规连接信息；相关运行日志可能用于安全与故障排查，不与应用内照片关联，也不用于广告追踪。更新不下载可执行代码，不改变已购权益。
5. 本网站
本支持与隐私网站不设置分析追踪、广告或登录功能。服务器可能记录正常访问日志，例如 IP 地址、请求路径、时间与浏览器信息，用于运行维护、安全和故障排查；不会将网站访问记录与应用内照片关联。本网站没有照片上传功能。
6. 选择、儿童与政策更新
你可以随时停止使用应用、在系统设置中调整权限，并删除本地作品。应用不会要求儿童提交个人资料。若你认为支持通信中包含不应保留的儿童个人信息，请联系我们处理。
若后续版本改变数据处理方式，我们会更新本页并标明日期；需要授权时会先请求你的许可。本政策不限制你依据适用法律享有的权利。

Relight privacy policy
Developer: KE CHENG. This policy covers the native Relight app, version 1.1 and later, and this support website. The earlier web-based editor may use online processing. The native app's on-device commitments do not describe that legacy workflow; contact us for questions about an older version.
Photos, lighting and creations
Selected photos, depth and subject analysis, lighting settings, and exported photos or films are processed on your device. We do not receive this content or use it to train models. The app has no cloud library sync.
The system photo picker provides only the items you choose. Saving to Photos requests add-only permission, not access to your entire library. iCloud downloads, system sharing and third-party share destinations are handled by their respective providers under their policies.
Local storage and deletion
Saved creations remain in the app's local library and can be deleted individually. Uninstalling removes local app data. Copies exported to Photos or elsewhere must be deleted separately. System backups may include app data depending on your device and iCloud backup settings. Language preferences stay on your device. Intermediate data and temporary export files support the current operation and are not sent to the developer.
Accounts, tracking and purchases
The native app requires no account and includes no advertising, third-party tracking or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. It does not collect advertising identifiers, location or contacts. Apple handles purchases and billing; we do not receive your card details or payment credentials. Apple may provide store statistics or diagnostic information according to your system settings and Apple's policies.
Purchase verification uses Apple StoreKit. The app locally verifies entitlements to unlock features, restore purchases and recognize early paid customers, caching access in the device Keychain. It does not send these purchase receipts to a developer server or create a personal account. Purchases, restoration and initial verification may connect to Apple services.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use them only to resolve your request and related follow-up, not for advertising or model training. Our email provider stores these communications. We retain them only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion of personal information in support communications. Please do not send unnecessary private photos.
Content updates
The app may download public sample photos, precomputed sample depth data, lighting recipes and film preset parameters over HTTPS from Alibaba Cloud OSS, and cache them on your device. Bundled content remains available if an update fails. Requests do not contain your photos, creations, purchase receipts or app-generated user identifiers. Delivering content exposes standard connection information, such as IP address, requested path and time, to the network provider. Operational logs may be used for security and troubleshooting, not linked to your in-app photos or used for advertising tracking. Content updates do not download executable code or change purchased access.
This website
This site has no analytics trackers, advertisements, login or photo upload. The server may record standard access logs, such as IP address, requested path, time and browser information, for operations, security and troubleshooting. We do not link website logs to your in-app photos.
Your choices, children and changes
You can stop using the app, change permissions in Settings, and delete local creations. The app does not ask children to submit personal information. If support communications contain a child's information that should not be retained, contact us. We will date policy updates and request permission before changes requiring your authorization. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
