Find the answer. Get back to your plan.

Clear guidance for photos, goal previews, generation, plans, and subscriptions—all in one place.

Your first result in four steps

Start with a clear photo, then refine your goal and training context.

01

Choose a photo

Use a well-lit photo of one person with a clear body outline.

02

Choose a path

Quick generation gives an immediate result; Goal Preview uses your training setup.

03

Set your context

Goal, experience, weekly frequency, equipment, and timeline all shape the preview.

04

Review and save

Check identity and proportions, then save—or retry with a clearer photo.

Three core workflows

Each path serves a different need; you do not need a full plan every time.

Quick generation

Best for an immediate stronger or more defined look. Pose, clothing, and framing directly affect the outcome.

Goal Preview

Builds a grounded visual scenario from your experience, frequency, equipment, and timeline. It is direction—not a guaranteed forecast.

Training plan

Creates an actionable starting structure. If an exercise is unfamiliar, painful, or medically unsuitable, consult a qualified coach or clinician.

Frequently asked questions

Try the guidance below first. If the issue remains, send us the essential details.

Why does my result differ from what I expected?

Framing, pose, clothing, obstruction, and lighting all affect generation. Try a clearer single-person photo first. For a stronger Goal Preview, choose the timeline, frequency, and equipment that match your real plan rather than relying on a filter strength.

Why do the face, hands, or body proportions look unnatural?

Generated images can occasionally look distorted; this does not mean your original photo is at fault. Do not rely on visibly distorted output; retry with a less obstructed, evenly lit image.

Is Goal Preview a real prediction?

No. It is a visual goal scenario based on the training context you choose. Real outcomes also depend on training quality, recovery, nutrition, individual response, and consistency.

What should I do if generation appears stuck?

Check that your connection is stable and allow the current task to finish. If progress does not change for an extended period, leave the generation screen, reopen it, and retry on the latest app version. Avoid repeatedly tapping Generate, which can create duplicate tasks.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes limited generation access. Pro adds higher limits, all generation modes, and high-resolution saves. Current pricing and renewal terms are always shown on the App Store confirmation sheet.

I purchased Pro, but the app does not recognize it. What now?

Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Then open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Restoring does not charge you again.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Muscles King to view, change, or cancel your plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How is my uploaded photo used?

Your photo is used to fulfill the generation request you initiate. Do not upload images you lack permission to use, or sensitive material such as identity documents or payment details. See the Privacy Policy below for the full data-handling terms.
